摘要
采用电阻法、定量金相、拉伸试验和扫描电镜等方法,研究了微量硼对 CuZnAl 合金晶粒尺寸、晶粒生长动力学、马氏体相变温度、记忆性能和力学性能的影响。研究发现,微量硼可有效地细化 CuZnAl 合金的晶粒,显著改善合金的力学性能,同时保持合金的优良记忆性能。硼是降低CuZnAl 合金相变温度的元素,但微量硼的作用其小。讨论了晶粒细化机制以及力学性能提高的原因。
The effect of small amount of boron on CuZnAl shape memory alloy hasbeen systematically studied by electrical resistence method,quantitaive measurement ofmetallurgraph,tensile test and scanning elecrton microscopy.It is found that,by addingsmall amount of boron to CuZnAl alloy,the grain size is refined greatly and the graingrowth is inhibited effectively.The martensite transformation temperatures and the shapememory effect are affected very little.The mechanical property is improved dramaticallybecause of the grain refinement and the grain boundary strengthening.Otherwise,theworking mechanism of grain refinement has been discussed.
