摘要
目的探讨电话随访对鼻咽癌患者出院后生活质量影响的护理效果。方法选取2006~2015年我院收治的鼻咽癌患者67例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者不进行电话随访,研究组患者进行电话随访,统计两组患者的术后生活质量。结果对两组患者的生活质量进行分析,发现研究组患者生活质量显著优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电话随访对改善鼻咽癌患者出院后生活质量有积极影响,临床上应当推广应用。
Objective To explore investigate the effect of telephone follow-up on the quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after discharge. Methods Sixty-seven patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from 2006 to 2015 were randomly divided into control group and study group.Patients in control group were not followed up by telephone,patients in study group were followed up by telephone.The postoperative quality of life of the two groups of patients was statistically analyzed. Results The quality of life of the two groups of patients was analyzed.I,it was found that the quality of life of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Telephone follow-up has a positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after discharge.It should be popularized and applied clinically.
