抚触干预护理联合不同喂养方式对早产儿发育的影响对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨抚触干预护理联合不同喂养方式对早产儿发育的影响。方法选择我院2015年12月~2016年12月出生的早产儿120例进行研究,随机分成四组,每组30例,A组母乳喂养联合抚触干预护理,B组奶粉喂养联合抚触干预护理,C组混合喂养联合抚触干预护理,D组为对照组,母乳喂养联合常规护理。比较上述四组早产儿出生后1个月摄奶量和白蛋白差异,以及身高、体重、头围和并发症情况。结果出生后1个月,四组白蛋白与摄奶量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组白蛋白水平与摄奶量最高,D组最低;出生后1个月四组身高、体重、头围差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);四组并发症发生情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抚触干预护理联合联合母乳喂养更有助于促进早产儿的生长发育,适合推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of therapeutic touch and nursing intervention combined with different feeding methods on the development of premature infants. Methods One hundred twenty premature infants in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into four groups,30 cases in each group,A group of breast feeded touching nursing intervention,B group of milk feeded combined with touching nursing intervention,group C mixed feeding and touching nursing intervention,group D as control group,and breastfeeding the routine nursing care.The intake of milk and albumin between the four groups 1 month after birth,height,weight,head circumference and the situation of complications. Results 1 month after birth,four groups of albumin and the intake of milk was significantly different (P 〈0.05),albumin group A and milk intake is the highest,the lowest in D group;1 month after the birth of four groups of height,weight,head circumference was significantly different (P 〈0.05);The four groups had significant difference complications (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Touch and intervention nursing combined with breastfeeding can help promote the growth and development of premature infants,and is suitable for promotion.
