摘要
刮板机作为煤矿生产运输系统的重要组成部分,其使用情况不仅关系着煤矿生产过程中物料的传输效率,而且对矿井生产的安全也具有较大影响。通过对刮板机常见的断链脱链故障分析,设计了一种刮板机断链脱链保护装置,可为煤矿的安全生产提供良好保障。
As an important component of the coal mine production and transportation system,the use of scraper conveyor is not only related to the material transportation efficiency in coal mine production process,but also has a greater impact on the safety of mine production. Based on the analysis of common chain breaking failure of scraper conveyor,a chain breaking protection device for scraper conveyor is designed,which can provide good protection for mine safety production.
