摘要
选煤厂普遍采用重介浅槽分选机对原煤中的大块矸石进行洗选,降低矸石对重介质旋流器、溜槽以及弧形筛冲击压力。现场应用过程中,重介浅槽分选机故障类型多样,对重介浅槽分选机常见故障类型进行分析,并有针对性的提出改进措施,可以在一定程度上提升设备运行效率,提高选煤厂洗选能力,降低生产成本。
