摘要
为促进集装箱运输在军事领域的应用,促进军民融合的发展,提高作战运输保障能力,文章分析了推进军用物资运输保障集装箱多式联运的重大意义,包括机械化、信息化、一体化等方面的发展,最后从试点先行、以点带面;以民为基、以军为补;技术融合、无缝对接;嵌入发展、互联互通等四个方面提出了对策。
In order to promote application of container transportation to military areas, development of military-civil integration,and improve the ability of transportation supplies. This paper analyses the great significance and practical conditions, includingmechanization, informatization, and integration. Then the paper poses four countermeasures as experimental unit beforehand, thuspromoting the whole work; civilian as basement and military as supplement; technology compromising and fitting to each other;mutual development, union and connection.
