三阶段越库车辆排序及算法研究

摘要 越库车辆排序是越库模式中的一个重要环节,对保证越库模式的高效实施至关重要,越库车辆排序问题的解决将会缓解配送中心的运输和仓储压力,提高物流企业的核心竞争力。文章基于越库车辆排序相关理论,分析了越库车辆排序现存问题,将实际的仓库内部操作过程分解成3个部分,并将这3个部分看做是相互独立的,然后运用约翰逊算法解决越库车辆排序问题,同时也证明了约翰逊算法在三阶段物流问题中的可适用性。最后针对现存问题,提出了对应性的解决措施。 As an important part of cross-docking model, cross-docking vehicles sorting is very important to ensure the efficientimplementation of the cross-docking model. The solution to the problem of sorting vehicles in cross-dock will ease the transporta-tion and storage pressure of distribution center and improve the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises. In this paper, basedon the theory of cross-car sort, this paper analyzes the existing problem of cross -car sorting, decomposes the actual internalwarehouse operation into three parts, treats the three parts as independent, and then uses the Johnson algorithm to solve theproblem. It also proves the applicability of Johnson algorithm in the three-phase logistics problem. Finally, according to the exist-ing problems, this paper puts forward the solution to the corresponding problems.
