摘要
北京冬奥会的成功申办,我国将大力发展冰雪运动,"三亿人上冰雪"发展战略的有效实施,为黑龙江省冰雪装备制造业发展注入了活力。采用文献资料、专家访谈、典型调查等科研方法,针对黑龙江冰雪装备制造业创新发展等问题进行研究。结果显示:黑龙江省具有政策环境,市场需求空间,传统文化积淀,冰雪装备制造业产业基础等优势;但还存在区域经济发展不均衡,国际知名品牌竞争,科研人员匮乏等劣势;提出了加大政策的扶持力度,提升产业自主创新能力,加强产品营销创新发展,加快建设冰雪装备产业园等有效对策。
The ice-snow equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjang province is energized by the success of bidding for Beijing Winter Olympics,by China vigorously develop ice-snow sports,by the effective implementation of"three hundred million people participate in winter sports"strategy. With the methods of literature,expert interviews and typical investigation,the paper studies the problem how to innovatively develop the ice-snow equipment manufacturing industry. It indicates that Heilongjiang province has some advantages such as the policy environment,the space of market demand,the accumulation of traditional culture,the base of ice-snow equipment manufacturing industry,and has some disadvantages such as the imbalanced development of regional economies,the competition with international famous brands,the lack of scientific research personnel. It suggests some countermeasures as follows: strengthening the policy support,upgrading the ability of industrial independent innovation,enhancing the innovation-driven development of product marketing,speeding up the construction of ice-snow equipment Industrial Park.
