摘要
黑龙江省独特的地理优势和冰雪资源为冰雪体育产业的快速发展提供了有利条件,然而在发展过程中也出现了诸多问题,如缺乏合理的规划、人力资源短缺、配套产业发展缓慢、生态保护意识薄弱等,极大影响了黑龙江冰雪体育产业的可持续发展步伐。通过对冰雪体育产业可持续发展的释义以及现阶段黑龙江省冰雪体育产业所存在的发展问题加以剖析,并提出从宏观入手,积极发挥政府的调控和监管手段,科学的制定相关制度,优化各部门的资源配置,注重高端人才的引进和培养,同时做好冰雪运动的宣传和普及工作等相关的优化策略,旨为黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的可持续发展提供理论借鉴。
The ice-snow sports industry in Heilongjiang province is provided with the favourable conditions of local unique geographical advantages and ice-snow resources for its rapid development.But there are some problems in the process of development such as the lack of reasonable planning,the poor human resources,the slow development of supporting industries,the weak awareness of ecological protection.These problems have greatly influenced its sustainable development.The paper has an analysis on the definition of ice-snow sports industries＇ sustainable development and its current problems in Heilongjiang province.It suggests some optimization strategies as follows：starting from the macroscopic view to actively play the government control role,scientifically formulating the relevant system,optimizing the allocation of various resources,enhancing the introduction and cultivation of tip-top professional people,doing well the ice-snow sports propaganda and popularization.The purpose is to provide a theoretical reference for the sustainable development of Heilongjiang ice-snow sports industry.
