摘要
为探索专业型硕士研究生的培养新模式,文章以协同创新理论为依据,基于校企协同培养理念,针对我国专业型硕士研究生培养模式进行探索与研究。通过整合高校和企业不同的教育资源并充分利用,以校企共建实践实训基地和双导师制度为依托,将以课堂知识传授为主的高校培养与以实践能力训练为主的企业培养有机地结合起来,有效的提高了研究生解决实际问题的能力和就业竞争力,从而满足企业的人才培养需求和社会发展的需要。
In order to explore a new mode of cultivating professional graduate students, this paper, based on the theory of collaborative innovation, and based on the concept of co-cultivation between schools and enterprises, explores and studies the cultivationmode of China specialized postgraduates. Through the integration of different educational resources of schools and enterprises andmaking full use of them, and based on the practice and training base built by school-enterprises and double-tutor system, the newcultivation mode combines the teaching-based schools cultivation mode with the practice skills training-based enterprises cultivationmode. Then effectively improve the ability of graduate students to solve practical problems and employment competitiveness, so as tomeet the enterprise＇s personnel training needs and social development needs.
