试析冬瓜子中胡芦巴碱的含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的构建冬瓜子中C_7H_7NO_2的含量测定方法。方法研究对象购置于2017年5月。通过Diamonsil C18柱(4.6×250 mm 5μm);柱温为25℃;流动相为CH3OH-H2O-0.05%Sodium Dodecyl Sulfonate(5∶15∶80);流动相流速1 m L/min;检测波长265 nm;进样量10μL。结果 Linear relation analysis:25.2~201.6μL/m L,线性关系优异;Precision measurement:计算相对标准偏差为(1.15±0.12)%,即为设备精密度优异;stability test:相对标准偏差为(0.94±0.05)%,实验结果证实,对照品溶液在72 h中稳定性优异;Repeatability test:相对标准偏差为(1.68±0.11)%,即该方法的重复性优异。结论文中的测定方法及结果为评价冬瓜子药材的质量奠定了良好的基础。 Objective To construct a measurement method of content of trigonelline in semen benincasae. Methods The research object was purchased on May 2017, Diamonsil C18 column(4.6×250 mm 5 μm); column temperature: 25℃, mobile phase CH3 OH-H2 O-0.05% Sodium Dodecyl Sulfonate(5∶15∶80); current velocity; 1 m L/min, test wave length: 265 nm, the sample size: 10 u L. Results Linear relation was excellent at 25.2~201.6 μL/m L, and the relative standard deviation(1.15±0.12)%, namely the excellent equipment precision, relative standard deviation(0.94±0.05)%, and the experimental results proved that the solution in the control group had an excellent stability and the relative standard deviation(1.68±0.11)%,and the repeatability of the method was excellent. Conclusion The measurement method and result in paper lay a good foundation for the evaluation of quality of medicinal materials of semen benincasae.
