神经生长因子对婴儿脑损伤脑干听觉诱发电位影响的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨穴位注射用鼠神经生长因子对脑损伤患儿脑干听觉诱发电位的影响。方法:选择120例脑损伤患儿,给予注射用鼠神经生长因子和神经康复治疗3个疗程,于治疗前后使用脑干听觉诱发电位进行脑电生理和听阈测定,比较治疗前后变化情况。结果:治疗后脑干听觉诱发电位各波的潜伏期和峰间期有不同程度的缩短,双耳听阈值都明显下降。结论:脑损伤综合征患儿存在脑干听觉诱发电位的异常,经注射用鼠神经生长因子干预有明显改善。 Objective: To investigate the effects of acupoint injection with mouse nerve growth factor on brainstem auditory evoked potentials in infants with brain injury. Methods: 120 cases were given acupoint injection with mouse nerve growth factor and nerve rehabilitation for 3 courses of treatment. Results: After treatment, the latency and peak interval of each wave of the brain stem auditory evoked potentials were signifcantly decreased, and the threshold values of both ears were signifcantly decreased after treatment. Conclusion: There is a signifcant abnormality in brain stem auditory evoked potentials in children with brain injury syndrome, which was signifcantly improved by acupoint injection with mouse nerve growth factor.
