摘要 目的探讨癫痫儿童脑电与认知活动的相关性,为其早期干预提供依据。方法对89例癫痫儿童联合应用脑电图、事件相关电位与学习障碍筛查量表进行检测分析。结果癫痫组P_(300)潜伏期时长与PRS总分、言语得分、非言语得分呈负相关(P<0.05);P_(300)潜伏期与EEG痫性放电频率及慢波程度呈正相关(P<0.01);PRS总分、言语得分、非言语得分与EEG痫性放电频率及EEG慢波呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论脑电生理的检测与神经心理学测验间有相关性,可及早发现与认知损害间的联系,对提高患儿生活质量,及早回归社会有很大帮助。 Objective To investigate the correlation, between EEG and cognitive activity of epileptic children, and provide evidence for early intervention. Methods 89 cases of epileptic children were analyzed by EEG, event-related potential and learning disability screening scale. Results The latency of P300in epilepsy group was negatively correlated with PRS score, verbal score and nonverbal score (P〈0.05). P300 latency was positively correlated with EEG seizure discharge frequency and slow wave level (P〈0,01). PRS scores, speech scores and nonverbal scores were negatively correlated with EEG seizure discharge frequency and EEG slow wave (P〈0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between EEG and neuropsychological tests, and it can help to find out the relationship early with cognitive impairment. It will be helpful to improve their quality of life and early return to society.
