摘要
新互联时代的到来,读者的阅读观念和模式发展很大改变,将O2O模式应用于高校图书馆,为高校图书馆的服务创新提供了契机。本文讨论了高校图书馆应用O2O模式创新服务的可行性和当前所遇到的问题,总结了应用O2O模式进行服务创新的途径。
With the advent of the new Internet era, readers reading concepts and patterns have changed greatly, and the O2O model has been applied to university libraries, which provides an opportunity for the service innovation of university libraries. This paper discusses the feasibility and current problems of the O2O model innovation service in university libraries, and summarizes the ways to apply O2Omodel to service innovation.
