摘要
当前全球经济失衡的主要表现为,以美国为首的发达国家经常项目的巨额逆差与以中国为代表的发展中国家经常项目的大量盈余并存。美中两国之间巨额的贸易逆差导致贸易摩擦不断加剧,但实际上美方在两国贸易中获取大量利益,美中双边贸易呈现出贸易顺差在中国、实际利益顺差却在美国的现状。造成这一现象的原因包括美国与其他国家的产业转移、美国的出口限制、双边贸易结构差异和统计方法出入等。对美中贸易逆差的实际原因进行剖析,为实现减少两国贸易摩擦、促进美中两国扩大贸易合作范围提供依据。
The global economic imbalance is mainly manifested by the huge deficit of the current account of developed countries led by the United States and the surplus of current account in developing countries represented by China currently. The huge trade deficit of US-China has led to a growing trade friction between the two countries. However,in fact,the United States has gained a great deal of economic interest in bilateral trade. The current situation of bilateral trade between China and the United States has showed that trade surplus in China and the interest surplus in the U. S. The reasons for this phenomenon include the industrial transfer of the United States and other countries,the United States export restrictions,bilateral trade structure differences,errors in statistical methods and so on; Analyze the real causes of the US-China trade deficit,providing the basis for reducing trade frictions between the two countries and expanding the scope of trade cooperation between the two countries.
