HELLP综合征的诊疗进展及围术期麻醉管理 被引量：3

摘要 HELLP（hemolysis eevated liver enzymes low platelets）综合征是由Weinstein[1]在1982年首次提出,取其主要临床特征中的溶血（hemolysis）、肝酶升高（eevated liver emzymes）和血小板减少（low platelet）的英文第一个字母命名。HELLP综合征可以是妊娠高血压疾病（hypertensivedisorders of pregnancy，HDP）的严重并发症，也可以在无血压升高或无蛋白尿的情况下发生，还可在子痫前期出现临床症状之前发生，临床上多以剖宫产的方式终止妊娠。本文对HELLP综合征的诊疗进展及围术期麻醉管理进行简要概述。
