摘要
合理分析滤袋破损或失效原因可提高除尘器运行稳定性,减少设备运行成本。文章以某燃煤电厂聚苯硫醚滤袋为例,通过外观、透气性能、力学性能、红外光谱、热稳定性测试等多种手段,对失效滤袋进行了全面分析,探明了滤袋失效的主要原因,并对燃煤电厂如何更好地使用除尘滤袋提出建议。
Conducting a rational analysis to detect the causes of filter bag damage or failure can improve the operating stability of dust fitter and reduce operating cost of equipment. Based on the case study of PPS fiber bag used by a certain coalfired power plant, the paper carried out a comprehensi＇ce study on the failure of filter bag via multiple means such as visual observation, infrared spectra analysis and tests on air- permeability, mechanical property and thermo-stability to find out the main reasons causing filter bag failure and proposed suggestions on how to make better use of filter bag for coal-fired power plant.
