摘要
为满足飞机多种武器外挂装置各种电气性能测试的需要,基于数字万用表(34461A)、电子负载(IT8511+)、程控中频电源(SDS1303K)、多路直流电源模块(4NIC-XQ600T)、适配器箱、研华工控机以及自制ISA总线板卡,搭建综合试验台硬件平台,基于VC++6.0开发综合测试软件,并对试验台各种电气性能进行实际测试,测试结果表明其有效性。所研制的综合试验台可满足该系列多种武器外挂装置各种电气性能检测的需求,能够为该系列飞机武器外挂装置的修理提供技术支撑。
In order to test the electrical performance of equipments for loading weapons, a comprehensive testbed hardware platform was built, which was composed of digital multimeter（ 34461 A）, electronic load（ IT8511＋）, programmable IF power supply（ SDS1303 K）, multi-channel DC power supply module（4 NIC-XQ600 T）, adapter box, Advantech IPC and self-made ISA bus board. The electrical performance test software was developed based on VC ＋ ＋ 6. 0, and applied to the test-bed. The test results verify its effectiveness. The developed test-bed can meet the needs of various electrical performance tests of a variety of equipments for loading weapons, and provide technical support for repairing this type of aircraft.
