摘要
军用电子装备中含FPGA器件的电路板的测试诊断一般采用边界扫描技术、VI曲线测试技术以及边界扫描和外部输入矢量相结合的方法;边界扫描技术无法进行外围器件的测试;VI曲线测试技术由于不能测试器件的逻辑功能及内部节点,故障覆盖率相对不高;边界扫描和外部输入矢量相结合的方法无法判断FPGA器件工作是否正常,因而不能完成整板功能的测试;综合应用ATE技术、VITAL标准和LASAR仿真技术,提出一种含FPGA器件电路板的自动测试思路,解决含FPGA器件电路板的自动测试问题。
Diagnostic tests of PCBs containing FPGA device in Military electronic equipment commonly used Boundary--Scan Technology, VI curve testing techniques, boundary scan and the external input vector method. By Boundary--scan technology, peripheral devices can not be tested; By VI eurve testing techniques , fault coverage is relatively low , because the device logic functions and internal nodes can not be tested; boundary--scan and the external input vector meth6"d can not determine whether the FPGA devices working right, therefore can not complete the entire board feature testing. By integrated application of ATE technology, VITAL standard, LASAR simulation technology, presents an automatic test idea to test PCBs containing FPGA device automatically, solve testing problems of PCBs containing FPGA device.
