摘要
目的分析颌面部多发性骨折临床表现、治疗方法与效果。方法选取43例颌面部多发性骨折患者,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用微型钛板坚固内固定法治疗,对照组采用传统颌间结扎术治疗,观察两组患者临床表现以及治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,患者术后愈合不良发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论明确颌面部多发性骨折的表现,并采取合适的手术方法与入路有助于术后功能恢复。
Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations, treatment methods and effects of multiple maxillofacial fractures. Methods 43 cases of multiple maxillofacial fractures were treated, in accordance with the treatment, they were divided into observation group and control group, observation group was treated with mini titanium board strong internal fixation method, control group with traditional ligation treatment between the jaw. The clinical manifestations and therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group, The incidence of poor healing after operation was statistically significant compared with the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of multiple fractures in the maxillofacial region, and the appropriate surgical method and approach are helpful to the recovery of postoperative function.
