摘要
脱氢枞酸是一种从松香中分离出来的具有三环二萜结构的树脂酸,具有广泛的生物活性,在医药、工业、农业等领域具有重要的用途。本文综述了脱氢枞酸衍生物在抑菌、抗病毒、K离子通道开启、抗肿瘤等生物活性方面的研究进展,展望了脱氢枞酸衍生物的研究和应用前景。
Dehydroabietic acid is a kind of resin acid with tricyclic diterpene structure that separated from rosin. It has a wide range of biological activity and has important applications in the fields of medicine, industry and agriculture. In this paper the activities of dehydroabietic acid and its derivatives in antibacterial, antiviral, BK channel-opening activity, antitumor and other bioaetivities are summarized. The research and application prospects of dehydroabietic acid and its derivatives are also previewed.
