摘要
目的探讨预防和降低负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗手指脱套伤后感染的措施。方法将182例手指脱套伤患者按住院治疗的时间顺序,随机分为观察组、对照组,各91例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上重点做好VSD引流管的妥善固定、保持合适有效负压、随时观察和处置异常情况等。结果观察组创面感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在VSD更换次数及住院时间方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者和家属对护理工作的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 VSD负压引流管的有效管护,可降低手指脱套伤患者伤口创面的感染率,减少VSD更换次数、缩短患者住院时间。
Objective To explore the measures to prevent and reduce the infection after the treatment of finger take off injury by vacuum sealing drainage. Methods 182 patients of finger take off injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing. On this basis, the observation group focused on the proper fixation of the VSD drainage tube and maintained appropriate effective negative pressure. Results The wound infection rate of the observation group （6.32%） was significantly lower than that of the control group （18.39%） （P〈0. 05）. The observation group was better than the control group in the number of VSD change and the length of stay （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effective management and protection of VSD negative pressure drainage tube can reduce the infection rate of patients with finger injuries, reduce the number of VSD replacement and shorten the hospitalization time.
