摘要
目的:观察负压封闭引流术在骨外科创伤性软组织缺损患者中的应用效果。方法:选取60例创伤性软组织缺损患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各30例,两组均进行创面清洁止血、抗感染治疗,合并骨折则采用骨折复位+外固定手术,在此基础上,对照组采用常规方法治疗,研究组采用负压封闭引流术治疗,比较两组创面治疗效果、创面感染发生率及临床相关指标水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组创面感染发生率为3.33%(1/30),明显低于对照组的26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压封闭引流术治疗骨外科创伤性软组织缺损患者,可提高治疗总有效率,降低创面感染发生率,缩短创面愈合时间和住院时间,其效果优于常规方法治疗效果。
Objective:To observe application effects of vacuum sealing drainage in patients with traumatic soft tissue defects in orthopedic surgery.Methods:60 patients with traumatic soft tissue defects were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each.Both groups were treated with debridement,hemostasis and anti-infection treatment;and the combined fractures were treated with fracture reduction and external fixation.On this basis,the control group was treated with conventional methods,while the study group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage.Then,the wound treatment effects,the incidence of wound infection and the levels of clinical related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than the control group of 70.00%(21/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of wound infection in the study group was 3.33%(1/30),which was significantly lower than the control group of 26.67%(8/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of the orthopedic patients with traumatic soft tissue defects can improve the total treatment effective rate,reduce the incidence of wound infection,and shorten the wound healing time and hospitalization time.Moreover,it is superior to conventional methods.
