摘要
采用水洗法、石灰中和法和柠檬酸浸法对磷石膏进行预处理并分别制备磷石膏水泥砂浆,研究不同预处理工艺对磷石膏中H_3PO_4、H_2PO_4^-、CaF_2等杂质去除效果与砂浆抗压强度、凝结时间、流动性等性能的影响。结果表明:各预处理方法均可有效去除磷石膏中杂质,但去除量和预处理生成物不同,造成磷石膏水泥砂浆各项性能不同;砂浆28 d抗压强度强弱次序为水洗法>石灰中和法>柠檬酸浸法,石灰中和法中抗压强度最大值为15.3 MPa,柠檬酸浸法中最大值为15.2 MPa;缩短砂浆凝结时间效果表现为柠檬酸浸法>水洗法>石灰中和法;砂浆的流动性与磷石膏杂质残留量及预处理生成物性质有关。
Phosphogypsum was pretreated by water washing, lime neutralization and citric acid leaching, phosphogypsum cement mortar was prepared respectively to study the effects of different pretreatment technologies on impurity removal, such as H3PO4, H2PO4-, CaF2, and the compressive strength, setting time and fluidity of phosphogypsum cement mortar. The results show that all the pretreattnent methods can effectively remove impurities in phosphogypsum, but the removal rate and pretreatment generators are different, which results in different properties of phosphogypsum cement mortar. The order of 28 d compressive strength, whose maximum value is 15.3 MPa in lime neutralization and 15.2 MPa in citric acid leaching of mortar is water washing〉lime neutralization〉citric acid leaching. The effect of shortening mortar setting time is shown as citric acid leaching 〉water washing〉lime neutralization. The fluidity of mortars is related to the impurity residue in phosphogypsum and the properties of pretreatment generators.
