化学预处理磷石膏用于水泥缓凝剂的研究 被引量:25

摘要 分别用不同浓度的石灰溶液、氨水和柠檬酸溶液预处理磷石膏,测试预处理磷石膏的杂质质量分数及DTA曲线.将预处理磷石膏掺入水泥熟料作缓凝剂磨制水泥,对所制水泥的凝结时间及抗压强度进行测试,结果表明,柠檬酸对磷石膏的杂质去除效果较好,其预处理的磷石膏作为水泥缓凝剂,效果与天然石膏相当.石灰溶液中和法虽是常推荐使用的磷石膏预处理方法,但与柠檬酸溶液预处理法相比,石灰中和磷石膏作缓凝剂的效果并不理想. Phosphogypsum was chemically pretreated by using lime solution, ammonium hydroxide, and aqueous citric acid solution, respectively. The content of impurities of purified phosphogypsum was examined and its DTA was performed. The setting time and strength of the cement produced with purified phosphogypsum were tested. Results showed that the phosphogypsum pretreated by citric solution had a better effect as that of natural gypsum when used as phogypsum with a lime milk solution as a neutralizer, ideal as the former. cement retarder.
