摘要
采用一阶导数紫外分光光度法测定阿苯达唑片含量。阿苯达唑浓度为5～30μg/ml 时,239nm处的振幅与浓度有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率100.5%,cv 0.78%。
First-order derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used todetermination the of albendazole tablets.The amplitue of the peak at 239 nmwas linear with concentration of albendazole withion 5～30μg/ml.The averagerecovery was 100.5%,and cv 0.78%(r=0.9998).
