摘要
长期以来,传统电工电气制造类企业因拥有政策、资源等方面的竞争优势而发展迅速。但随着市场化改革愈演愈烈,外部环境巨变,这类企业以往的资源和能力优势中的"刚性"部分越发凸显,进而遭遇转型危机。采取案例研究方法探讨在当前混合所有制改革和国网大力推动全球能源互联网的背景下,山东省电工电气制造企业如何重置资源、优化能力来创造新的核心竞争力以实现战略转型,快速响应环境变化与市场需求,并从动态能力视角探究企业战略转型过程中动态能力的各维度如何发生作用以及由此产生的战略转型成效的检验标准,籍此对传统制造企业战略转型提供一些启发和借鉴。
For a long time,because of the policy,resources and other aspects of competitive advantages,the collective enterprises have developed rapidly.However,with the market reform intensified,the external environment has changed dramatically,and the rigid part of past advantages is more prominent,leading to a business transformation crisis for collective enterprises.This paper takes a case study to explore how electrical manufacturing collective enterprises to reset resources,optimize the ability to create new core competitiveness which aims to achieve the strategic transformation and respond quickly to market changes under the background of mixed ownership reform and global energy Internet.Besides,from the perspective of dynamic Capability,this paper explores how the various dimensions of Dynamic Capability play a role in the process of collective enterprises＇ strategic transformation,and the specific embodiment of strategic transformation effectiveness.At last,this paper tries to provide some experience for the strategic transformation of traditional manufacturing collective enterprises.
