摘要
为了提高直线振动筛侧板的使用寿命,文章提出了一种基于拓扑优化并通过改善侧板加强筋位置的方法。利用该方法可以改善运行过程中侧板出现的一些问题,例如侧板开裂等故障。文章以ZKB1548直线振动筛的侧板为例,该侧板本身为加强板,将其结构优化为加强筋,并利用ANSYS软件建进行仿真分析,对其加强筋的布局进行优化。对比前后优化的结果,可知优化后的工作频率与其结构固有频率有一定的安全距离,从而能够提升侧板的使用寿命。
In order to improve the side panel service life of a linear vibrating screen, a method based on topology optimization is proposed to and optimize the position of stiffener for the side panel,so as to solve the problems of the side panel,such as side panel cracks and other failures. In this paper,the side of ZKB1548 linear vibrating screen is taken as an example. ANSYS software is used for simulation analysis. It is known that the change of the position of the stiffener of the side panel will affect its natural frequency. The side panel is optimized,and the working frequency of the optimized side panel has a certain safety interval with the natural frequency of the structure so as to guarantee the service life of the side plate.
