颗粒筛分过程的三维离散元法模拟 被引量:40

摘要 基于软球干接触模型对直线振动筛面上颗粒群的筛分过程进行了三维离散元法(DEM)的模拟研究,分析了振幅、振动强度、振动方向角、筛面倾角对筛面颗粒群的平均运动速度及动态筛分效率的影响规律。结果表明,振动筛面颗粒群的运动状态具有很大的随机性,其稳态平均速度与振幅、振动强度及筛面倾角之间为线性关系,而与振动方向角之间为非线性关系。当振动方向角为45°时,颗粒群稳态平均速度最大。在筛分过程中,物料颗粒的筛分效率是动态变化的,并随着振幅及振动强度的增加而增大,但当振动强度增大至3.3时,效率反而降低。筛分效率受振动方向角的影响较小,而随着筛面倾角的增大而减小。 Based on dry contact model of soft-sphere, sieving process of particles on linear vibrating screen plate was simulated using 3D Discrete Element Method (DEM). And the effects of amplitude, vibration intensity, vibrating direc- tion angle and slope angle of screen plate on the average velocity and dynamic screening efficiency of particles were discussed. The results show that motion state of the particles on the screen plate has great randomness. The relation- ships between particles average velocity of steady state and amplitude, vibration intensity and slope angle of screen plate are linear, while that is nonlinear with vibrating direction angle. When vibrating direction angle is 45~, average velocity of particles reaches the maximum. During sieving process, screening efficiency of particles is dynamically changing which will increase as amplitude or vibration intensity increased. But when vibration intensity is increased to 3.3, the efficiency will be decreased. Vibrating direction angle has a less effect on screening efficiency which will de- crease with the increment of slope angle of screen plate.
