摘要
文章介绍了长期以来,煤矿井下用PDC钻头以内凹型钻头为主,但是随着煤矿开采深度的加深,井下钻探施工遇到的地层越来越复杂,普通三翼内凹型PDC钻头在遇到硬岩(硬度系数f≥8)时出现钻进效率低,钻头寿命较短、施工成本高等问题。为解决现有PDC钻头硬岩钻进存在的问题,通过引入石油钻头设计理论,优化钻头剖面形状与布齿设计,优选新型PDC齿,设计出了一种新型弧角PDC钻头,并通过在淮南潘一矿顶板穿层孔施工中试验应用,与普通内凹型PDC钻头相比,平均钻进效率提高1.6倍,平均使用寿命提高2.8倍。
For a long time, concave drill bit was mainly used in coal mine, but with the deepening of coal mining depth, more and more eomplex formation was encountered while underground drilling. When drilling hard rock( hardness coefficient greater than 8)using ordinary three -wing concave drill, the drilling efficiency is low, the bit life is short and the drilling cost is high. So, in order to solve the problem, the are angle PDC bit was developed. By introducing the design theory of oil bit, the bit profile shape and cutter arrangement of arc angle PDC bit were optimized, also the cutters with chamfering were used. Drilling experiment was carried out in coal mine, the results showed that, eompared with ordinary concave drill, the drilling efficiency increased about 1.6 times, and the average bit life increased 2. 8 times.
