摘要
传统的燃气表成表装配工艺完全由人工完成,存在生产效率低、劳动强度大等问题,该文针对传统燃气表成表装配存在的问题,分析了燃气表的结构组成及燃气表成表零部件间的相互装配关系,设计了一种包括9个生产模块的燃气表成表自动装配生产线。完成了自动化装配线的总体布局及各生产模块的设计与现场实施。经过现场运行调试,实现了自动装配线的可靠稳固运行,提高了产品装配质量和生产效率,满足企业预期要求,也为其他同类型不同规格的燃气表成表自动装配提供了新的思路和设计方法。
Traditional gas meter table assembly process is totally by manual work,and which accompanied by a lot of problems ,such as low production efficiency,high labor intensity etc. In the light of the traditional gas meter table assembly problem ,analysis of the structure of the gas meter and between table parts of the mutual cooperation relationship,designed a kind of automatic assembly line for gas meter table including a nine-production module. The overall layout of the automated assembly line and the production module design and site implementation are completed. After site implementation and debugging,to achieve a reliable automatic assembly line and stable operation, improve the quality of product assembly and production efficiency to meet the expectations of enterprises,but also provides a new way of thinking and design methods for other types of different sizes with gas meter table automatic assembly.
