摘要
传统的燃气表成表装配工艺完全由人工完成,存在生产效率低、劳动强度大等问题。针对传统燃气表成表装配存在的问题,分析了燃气表的结构组成及燃气表成表零部件间的相互装配关系,设计了一种包括9个生产模块的燃气表成表自动装配生产线。经过现场运行调试,实现了自动装配线的可靠稳固运行,提高了产品装配质量和生产效率,满足了企业的预期要求。
Traditional gas meter table assembly process is totally by manual work,and which is accompanied by a lot of problems,such as low production efficiency,high labor intensity,etc.In the light of the traditional gas meter table assembly problems,the structure of gas meter and the relationship between table parts are analyzed,and a kind of automatic assembly line for gas meter table including nine production modules is designed.After site implementation and debugging,a reliable automatic assembly line is achieved,which improves the quality of product assembly and production efficiency,and meets the requirement of enterprises.
