摘要
【目的】对国内绣球花的组织培养研究进行了概述,为绣球花的组织培养提供参考。【方法】从外植体的获得、初代培养、增殖培养、生根培养以及移栽等方面的研究进展进行重点阐述,讨论分析目前绣球花组织培养中存在的问题以及今后的研究方向。【结果】我国的绣球花组织培养研究起步较晚,虽取得了一定进展,并逐步建立了一套绣球花快速繁殖的体系,但仍然存在部分问题。【结论】目前的绣球花组织培养研究仍较欠缺。
【Objective】It aims to summarize the research of the tissue culture of hydrangea macrophylla,and provides reference for its cultivation.【Methods 】Existing problems in the cultivation of hydrangea macrophylla and the future research directions are elaborated,based on the research progress with the acquisition of explants,primary culture,propagating culture,rooting culture and transplanting.【Results】The research on the tissue culture of hydrangea macrophylla in China started late.Although some progress has been made and a system for the rapid propagation of hydrangea has been established,problems still exist.【Conclusion】At present,the research on tissue culture of hydrangea macrophylla is still deficient.
