摘要
鼻咽癌是鼻咽部常见的一种多基因遗传性恶性肿瘤，具有明显地域差异和民族聚集现象，发病隐匿，且癌肿易向颅底、咽旁间隙及颈动脉鞘等部位浸润，严重危害患者健康。鼻咽癌的具体病因及发生、发展至今尚不完全清楚，研究认为EB病毒与鼻咽癌密切相关。本文就EB病毒感染与NPC相关研究进展做一综述。
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a common polygenic hereditary malignant tumor of nasopharynx. It has obvious regional differences and ethnic aggregationis hidden. It is easy to infiltrate into the skull base, parapharyngeal space and carotid sheath and seriously harm the health of patients. The specific etiology and development of NPC is not yet clear. It is considered that EB virus （Epstein-Barr virus, EBV） is closely related to NPC. In this paper, the research progress of EB virus infection and NPC is reviewed.
