摘要
针对新能源消纳影响因素多、评估方法复杂且实用性差的问题,综合考虑影响新能源消纳的各类因素,建立了一种新能源消纳多变量综合评估模型。所提评估模型将高峰机组总出力按机组类型分类、高峰负荷需求按负荷类型分类,推算出发电出力下限及低谷负荷需求,并计算出此方式下的新能源消纳能力。在此基础上,计算了电网3种典型运行方式下的新能源消纳功率,根据每种方式下的低谷区域负荷与新能源消纳功率,绘制出适用于调度运行的新能源消纳评估曲线图。以山西电网为例进行了实践应用,准确评估了2016年山西电网的新能源消纳水平,定量分析了相关敏感因素,并提出了改善建议。
According to the factors of renewable energy accommodation, complex assessment methods and poor practicability, considering the influence factors such as the regional difference between the peak and valley load, peak load capacity of different types of generating units,and regional power demand,it is established a model of renewable energy accommodative multivariable comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation model calculates the power output limit and valley load demand. It calculates the renewable energy accommodative ability under this way. This paper calculates the renewable energy consumptive power under three kinds of typical operation modes, and draws the evaluation curve which is suitable for the operation of renewable energy. Finally, this paper takes the Shanxi power grid accommodating renewable energy as an example of the practical application, evaluates the Shanxi power grid renewable energy consumptive level, analyzes the sensitive factors, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
