摘要
针对某含硫高、嵌布关系复杂的铜钼矿石进行了选矿试验研究。采用铜钼硫等可浮再分离-尾矿强化浮硫的工艺流程,可获得铜品位19.47%、铜回收率82.66%的铜精矿,钼品位51.31%、钼回收率81.61%的钼精矿,硫品位48.64%、硫回收率93.35%的硫精矿,试验指标较理想,实现了铜钼硫的综合回收,为该类矿石的合理开发利用提供了一定借鉴意义。
A mineral processing research was carried out on a Cu-Mo ore with high sulpur and complex embedded distribution. By adopting a flowsheet consisting of Cu-Mo-S iso-flotation and separation, as well as S improved-floatation from tailings, Cu concentrate with Cu grade of 19.47% and recovery of 82.66M, Mo concentrate with Mo grade of 51.31% and recovery of 81.61%, and S concentrate with S grade of 48.64% and recovery of 93.35%, were obtained. These experimental indexes were satisfying, which realized the comprehensive recovery of Cu, Mo and S, and also provided a certain reference for reasonable ex- ploitation and utilization of this kind of ore.
