某铅锌尾矿的锌硫综合回收选矿试验研究 被引量:9

Mineral Processing Study on Comprehensive Recovery of Zinc and Sulphur from the Lead-zinc Tailings

摘要 某铅锌银硫化矿尾矿中主要有用矿物为闪锌矿、硫银矿、黄铁矿,主要脉石矿物为石英、白云石、菱铁矿、方解石;闪锌矿与黄铁矿共生关系密切,可浮性相近;碳酸盐等脉石粒度细,泥化严重。采用对黄铁矿抑制作用明显的石灰+腐植酸钠组合抑制剂,对矿泥分散效果良好的碳酸钠,以及对锌矿物选择性捕收效果好的乙丁黄药捕收剂,进行了浮选试验研究,最终获得锌品位40.83%、银品位205.12 g/t,锌回收率49.72%的锌精矿和硫品位40.53%,硫回收率54.98%的硫精矿,实现了对该矿山尾矿有价金属的综合回收。 The main useful minerals of certain lead-zinc-silver sulfide tailings are sphalerite, sulfide and pyrite, and the main gangue minerals are quartz, dolomite, siderite, and calcite. Blende and pyrite have a close symbiotic relation with each other and their floatability is similar. Carbonate and other gangues are fine grained and easy to be muddy. The flotation tests were studied by using combined depressant of lime and sodium humate which had an obvious effect on pyrite, sodium carbonate which had a good dispersion effect on mud, and collectors of ethyl and butyl xanthate which had a good selective collectivity for zinc minerals. The results showed that good separation indexes of zinc concentrates containing Zn of 40.83%, Ag of 205.12 g/t with Zn recovery of 49.72%, and sulfur concentrates containing S of 40.53% with recovery of 54.98% were achieved finally. The study realized a comprehensive recovery of valuable metals in the mine tailings.
