摘要
目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法以2011年1月—2016年9月我院收治的75例慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,全部患者均以鼻内窥镜手术进行治疗。术后随访,观察疗效,统计并发症和复发率。结果患者治愈53例,有效20例,治疗总有效率97.33%,并发症发生率6.67%,复发率2.67%。结论鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,促进鼻窦生理功能恢复,患者并发症少,复发率低,应用安全有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods 75 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated in our hospital from January 2011 to September 2016 and were studied. All patients were treated with endoscopic surgery. After the follow-up, the curative effect was observed and the complications and recurrence rate were statistically analyzed. Results The patients were cured in 53 cases and effective in 20 cases. The total effective rate was 97.33%, the complication rate was 6.67%, and the recurrence rate was 2.67%. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is effective in treating chronic rhinosinusitis. It can effectively improveclinical symptoms and promote physiological function recovery of nasal sinus, with fewer complications and low recurrence rate. It is safe and effective.
