摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜手术在慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉治疗中的临床治疗效果。方法:以2011年8月至2013年3月间就诊我院的97例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者为研究对象,52例行鼻内镜手术,45例行传统鼻腔、鼻窦手术,对两种术式的疗效、并发症和复发率进行对比、分析。结果:鼻内镜手术的52例患者中,总有效率为92.3%;随访发现复发患者3例(5.8%),出现并发症者2例(3.8%);45例患者行传统鼻腔、鼻窦手术,总有效率为86.7%,随访发现复发患者8例(17.8%),出现并发症5例(11.1%)。两组数据间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉,疗效好、恢复快、术后并发症少、复发率低,效果优于传统鼻腔、鼻窦手术。
Objective： To explore clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in treatment of chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyp. Method： 97 cases of chronic sinusitis,nasal polyps patients from Aug. 2011 to Mar. 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research object,52 cases were treated with nasal endoscopic operation and 45 cases with traditional nasal operation,the curative effect,complications and recurrence of two kinds of operation were compared. Result： Among 52 cases of patients undergoing nasal endoscopic operation,the total effective rate was 92.3%; 3 recurrence patients were found in follow-up（ 5.8%）,2 cases appeared complications（ 3.8%）; Among 45 patients undergoing traditional nasal operation,the total efficiency was 86.7%,8 cases of recurrence were found in follow-up（ 17.8%）,and the complications were 5cases（ 11.1%）. Differences between the two sets of data had statistical significance（ P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion： Nasal endoscopic surgery in treating chronic sinusitis,nasal polyps has good curative effect,quick recovery,less complications,low recurrence rate,it is better than the nasal cavity operation.
