摘要 光纤复合低压光电缆(OPLC)安全运行关系着用户信息网络安全可靠和多媒体用户使用体验。针对OPLC运行安全监测,提出了一种新型OPLC状态量监测、状态评估和故障诊断技术,该技术采用集成思想,对电缆分布式运行温度、负荷电流和绝缘放电信号进行同步全采集。在采集状态数据的基础上,利用理论温度与实际温度、线性相邻温度等电流、温度量耦合关系,开展OPLC运行温度安全性、温度异常、电缆老化及绝缘性等电缆运行状态分析与评价。OPLC状态监测和诊断技术为电力光纤到户网络运行维护提供新的分析工具。 Operation safety of optic fiber composite low voltage cable(OPLC) is related to operation safety of user information network and the experience of multimedia user application. Aiming at the operation safety monitoring of OPLC, this paper presents a new technology of OPLC status monitoring, state evaluation and fault diagnosis, the technology which with the integrated thought, can collect synchronously distributed oper- ating temperature, load current and insulation discharge breakdown signal. Based on collecting these status data, the technology may analyze and evaluate operation status of OPLC cable, such as OPLC temperature safety, OPLC temperature anomaly state, cable aging and insulation performance, etc, by using current and temperature coupling of theoretical temperature and actual temperature, linear adjacent temperature. OPLC status monitoring and diagnosis technology will provide a new analysis tool for the operation and maintenance of power fiber to the home network.
