雷电及操作冲击电压下几种典型油纸绝缘缺陷模型局部放电特征图谱的分析与比较 被引量:3

Analysis and Comparison of Partial Discharge Characteristic Spectrums of Several Typical Oil-paper Insulation Defect Models Under Lightning and Switching Impulse Voltage

摘要 在冲击电压试验同时进行局部放电测量,通过分析局部放电量大小,并结合分析放电特征,则可更灵敏地反映被试设备的绝缘故障类型和严重程度,有利于更加准确客观地反映被试品绝缘性能是否满足运行需要。文中首先对冲击电压下典型油纸绝缘电场分布开展了仿真研究,制作了4种典型油纸绝缘缺陷模型。其次采用自积分型罗可夫斯基(Rogowski)线圈型电流传感器测量局部放电高频电流。在雷电及操作冲击电压下对4种典型油纸绝缘缺陷开展了局部放电特征试验研究。试验结果表明:相同绝缘缺陷模型在不同电压波形作用下局部放电波形时域特性明显不同;相同电压波形作用下不同绝缘缺陷局部放电波形时域特征差异明显。这些结果可用于后续建立相应模型的放电特征图谱库,用于不同绝缘故障类型局部放电识别研究。 If partial discharge measurement is added to the impulse vohage test,the type and severity of a insulation fault of equipment can be detected more sensitively through analyzing the partial discharge quantity and characteristics. In this study, four kinds of typical defect models of oil-paper insulation were fabricated to simulate the electric field distributions under switching impulse voltage.The current sensor of self-integral Rogowski coil type was adopted to measure the high-frequency current of partial discharge.The four defect models of oil-paper insulation were tested under lightning and switching impulse voltage to reveal their partial discharge characteristics.Results showed that for same defect model,different switching impulse voltages resulted in significantly different waveform characteristics of partial discharge in time domain; while under the effect of same waveform of switching impulse vohage,the time-domain waveform characteristics of partial discharge showed clear difference for different insulation defect models.These results may be used to establish spectrum database of discharge characteristics corresponding to certain insulation defect model for identifying the partial discharge of different insulation fault types.
