摘要
目的:探讨手足口病患儿应用热毒宁联合干扰素治疗的临床疗效及安全性,为治疗手足口病提供循证医学参考。方法:选择某院儿科128例手足口病(HFMD)患儿,随机分为3组,联合组采用热毒宁联合干扰素治疗,热毒宁组采用热毒宁治疗,而干扰素组采用干扰素治疗。治疗后对比3组患儿的治愈率、临床症状好转情况、感染指标(白细胞计数、CRP水平)及总住院时间差异。结果:联合组治疗后治愈率及总有效率明显高于其它2组(P<0.05),联合组患儿在体温恢复时间、手足疱疹康复时间、口腔溃疡消失时间和住院时间均少于其它2组,各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3组患儿白细胞计数、CRP水平均显著下降(P<0.05),且联合组下降更为明显。结论:热毒宁联合干扰素治疗儿童手足口病能增加疗效,提升治愈率,可以减轻炎症反应,同时可以缩短住院时间,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Reduning combined with interferon in treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease（ HFMD） so as to provide evidence-based reference for the treatment of the disease. Methods： 128 HFMD cases from a hospital were randomly divided into 3 groups： a Reduning ＋ interferon group,a Reduning group,and an interferon group.After treatment,the cure rate,improvement of clinical symptoms,infection indexes（ white blood cell count and CRP level） and total hospitalization time were compared between the 3 groups. Results： The cure rate and the total effective rate of the combination treatment group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Meanwhile,the time cost in body temperature recovery,rashes recovery,oral ulcer and herpes disappearance,and total hospitalization for the combination group was significantly less than for the other two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. White blood cell count and CRP levels of the 3 groups significantly decreased after the treatment（ P〈 0. 05）,and the combination group decreased more significantly. Conclusion： Reduning combined with interferon in the treatment of children with HFMD can improve the curative effect,increase the cure rate,relieve the inflammatory reaction,and shorten the time of hospitalization. It is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
