摘要
针对在日益增长的地面气象观测数据上进行气象数据有效检索、分析和展示的需求,通过研究气象数据的时序性、地域性、多种类性,以及气象数据和地理位置紧密关联的特征,提出采用模式-视图-控制器结构(简称MVC 3层架构)实现系统的模块化设计。以目前先进的富互联网应用程序(RIA)主流技术Flex这种具有强大交互性和表达性优势,并结合WebGIS具有地理处理服务优势,设计与实现了基于Flex和WebGIS的地面气象观测数据分析服务系统。所开发的系统能将地面观测气象要素数据以地图、图表等多种模式全方位展示给用户,并且系统能够适应后期不断增加的要素种类和功能需要,能较好且方便直观地满足气象工作人员研究分析气象数据的实际业务需要。
For the efficient retrieval,analysis and presentation of meteorological data on the growing ground meteorological observations,by studying the characteristics of meteorological data,such as the timing,regional,versatility,and geography,proposed the use of mode-view-controller structure（referred to as MVC three-tier architecture） to achieve the modular design of the system.On the basis of the advantages of geography processing service,this paper designed and realized the ground meteorological observation data analysis service system based on Flex and WebGIS with the advantages of strong interactive and expressive advantages of the advanced rich internet application（RIA）mainstream technology Flex.The developed system can show the meteorological elements of the ground observation map to the users in a variety of modes such as maps,charts and so on,and the system can adapt to the increasing types and functional requirements of the latter period,can be better and easier to meet the actual business needs for the research staff of the meteorological data.
