摘要
目的:观察桑麻杏贝汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作的临床疗效及对内毒素鲎参数的影响。方法:将60名慢性阻塞性肺疾病发作患者随机分成两组各30例,治疗组采用桑麻杏贝汤配合西药治疗,对照组单纯西药治疗,治疗2周为1疗程,比较两组临床疗效及咳嗽症状积分、内毒素鲎参数。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率66.67%;两组治疗后临床疗效、咳嗽症状积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后内毒素鲎参数值较治疗前有极显著降低(P<0.01);对照组治疗后内毒素鲎数值测定较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);且治疗后治疗组中医证候积分、咳嗽症状积分、内毒素鲎参数值下降均优于较对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桑麻杏贝汤配合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期疗效较显著。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Sangma Xingbei decoction on acute exacerbation of chro- nic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD） and the influences on endotoxin limulus value. Methods ：60 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Sangma Xingbei de- coction combined with western medicine, while the control group was treated simple with western medicine, two weeks as a course of treatment. The chnical effect, cough symptom score and determined endotoxin limulus value were compared in two groups. Results： The research results showed that the total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group, 66. 67% in control group. After treatment in both groups,the clinical effect was better,and the cough symptom score was significantly lower than before treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment , the determined endotoxin limulus value of treatment group was extremely significantly lower than before treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the determined endotoxin limulus value of control group was significantly lower than before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. And after treatment in treatment group, TCM syndrome score, cough symptom Score and reductive level of determined endotoxin limulus value were better than in control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion＇： The clinical effect of Sangma Xingbei decoction on AECOPD is better.
