摘要
目的观察芪绒补肾汤对脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者的临床疗效。方法将60例脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者随机分为2组,各30例,对照组应用胰激肽原酶片口服,治疗组口服芪绒补肾汤,疗程3个月,观察2组干预前后ACR及中医证候积分变化,并于观察周期后随访6个月后,比较2组终点事件发生率。结果治疗组在改善中医证候积分方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01),在降低ACR方面优于对照组(P<0.05),2组终点事件发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪绒补肾汤治疗糖尿病肾病,能够有效改善临床症状,尤其针对糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者常见的神疲畏寒、下肢浮肿、腰膝酸冷症状改善明显,同时能有效降低ACR水平。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of Qirong kidney yang-tonifying decoction on spleen-kidney yang deficiency type of diabetic nephropathy（ Ⅳ stage）. Methods 60 patients of spleen kidney yang deficiency in the fourth stage of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each of 30 cases. The control group was treated with pancreatic kallikrein tablets, the treatment group was treated with Qirong kidney yang-tonifying decoction. The course lasted for 3 months. ACR and TCM syndrome integral change before and after the treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. After the observation period, the patients were followed up for 6 months, compare the incidence of the two groups. Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of TCM syndrome score（P〈0.01）, the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing ACR（P〈0.05）. There was no difference in the incidence rates of the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic nephropathy with Qirong kidney yang-tonifying decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, especially in diabetic nephropathy（ Ⅳstage） patients who had mental weariness and chills, edema of lower limbs, waist and knee cold symptoms improved significantly, at the same time, Qirong kidney yang-tonifying decoction can effectively reduce the level of ACR.
