高耐蚀性镁合金疏水膜的制备与性能研究

摘要 通过对AZ91D镁合金基体磷化,并且进行封闭处理,在其表面制备疏水膜从而提高其耐蚀性。利用电化学工作站、盐雾试验、扫描电子显微镜、X-射线衍射等测试手段对镁合金表面的结构、形貌、成分、抗腐蚀性等性能测试与分析。结果表明,经过磷化封闭后的镁合金的成分主要为Zn_2(PO_4)_2·4H_2O和C_(18)H_(36)O_2,表面形状为微/纳粗糙多孔结构,最佳接触角为130°,镁合金试样经盐雾试验处理24 h后,无锈蚀现象。 The hydrophobic film on the surface of magnesium alloy was prepared by phosphating magnesium alloy substrate so as to improve its corrosion resistance.The electrochemical workstation,salt-spray test,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and other testing means were used to analyze the structure,morphology,composition and corrosion resistance of the hydrophobic film.The results showed that main compositions of the hydrophobic film on the surface of phosphated-confined magnesium alloy were Zn2(PO4)2·4 H2O and C(18)H(36)O2.Its surface morphology was made up with rough poriferous concave-convex structure,and the biggest contact angle was 130°.There was not corrosion phenomenon on the magnesium alloy surface in the salt spray test for 24 h.
