摘要
农村土地制度改革事关农村改革发展稳定。习近平关于农村土地制度改革和农村土地流转的系列讲话,不忘中国共产党农村土地革命和改革的价值目标和追求,提出了农村土地制度改革的总体思路和具体要求,是对中国共产党农村土地制度的坚持和发展。新时期,必须全面贯彻落实习近平农村土地制度改革和土地流转的重要思想。
The reform of rural land system is closely related to the stability of rural reform and development. Xi Jinping＇s speeches on the reform of the rural land system and rural land circulation, emphasized on the value and pursuit of the revolution and reform of the rural land by Communist Party of China, clarified the general idea of reform and the specific requirements on reform of rural land system reform, which indicated the insists and developments of the CPC＇s value and pursuit of the rural land system. In the new period, we must fully implement the basic ideas and specific requirements of Xi Jinping＇s thoughts on rural land circulation.
