摘要
对《中国人才学史(1979—2015)》一书进行了介绍与评论,作为第一部中国人才学史著作,它是人才学在中国产生和发展学科生态的立体勾画,是人才学在中国产生和发展学科图景的还原再现,不仅科学探索了人才学学科发展客观现状、内在规律和发展方略,也初步构建了中国人才学史学科的理论体系。它的出版填补了人才学学科领域的空白,标志着中国人才学史学科的创建,具有拓荒意义。
The paper makes an introduction and review of the book of History of Chinese Talent Science （1979--2015）.As the first China talent works on the history of science, it is a stereoscopic sketch of the creation and development of discipline ecology in China. It is the reappearance of the science of talent science in China. Not only has it explored the objective status, inherent law and development strategy of the development of talent science, but also preliminarily constructed the theoretical system of the history of Chinese talent science. Its publication fills the gap in the field of talent science and marks the creation of the history of Chinese talent science, which is of pioneering significance.
