摘要
关于人居环境,学者们很长时间都把关注的焦点集中于城市而忽略了农村人居环境建设的研究。农村人居环境好与坏直接关乎着农村居民的身心健康和农村经济的发展,影响着城乡一体化实现的进程,更是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。近些年,随着政府对农村人居环境建设的重视与力度投入,农村人居环境建设成绩斐然,然而与城市人居环境相比较而言仍旧存在很大的差距,也和预想中的社会主义新农村建设目标还存在较大的距离。因而,拟从美丽乡村视角来透视农村人居环境建设的历史轨迹和现实境遇并寻求问题所在,以为构建良好的农村人居环境提供多方面的建议。
As for the human settlement environment, scholars have focused their attention on the city for a long time, but neglected the study of the construction of rural human settlements. The good and bad rural human settlements are directly related to the physical and mental health of rural residents and the development of rural economy, affecting the process of urban and rural integration, as well as the important content of building a new socialist countryside. In recent years, with the attention and efforts to the national government for rural human settlements construction investment, construction achievements of rural living environment is striking, however, compared with the city residential environment still has a large gap, and the goal of building a new socialist countryside as expected. There is a big distance. Therefore, from the perspective of the beautiful countryside, we should look at the historical trajectory and realistic situation of the construction of rural human settlements, and seek the problems, and provide a variety of suggestions for the construction of a good rural human settlement environment.
