摘要
通过对地方院校小学教育专业的几种培养模式进行分析,发现其存在培养目标与规格不明确、课程结构体系不完善、教育实践设计与实施不完全合理等问题。地方院校应制定合理的培养目标与规格,优化课程体系,注重教育实践环节,加强教育科研训练,完善小学教育专业培养模式。
Through the analysis of several training modes of primary-school education, findings show that there exist such problems as the unclearness of training objectives and specifications, the imperfect structure of curriculums and the unreasonableness of educational practice design and implementation. Therefore local colleges should formulate the reasonable training objectives and specifications, optimize the curriculum system, pay attention to the links of educational practice, strengthen the training of educational research and improve the training modes of primary education major.
